Dickinson & Gibbons Names New Shareholders and Certifications
Dickinson & Gibbons, P.A., a Sarasota trial law firm, is pleased to announce that Jesse R. Butler and Andrew L. Douberly have been named shareholders of the firm. In addition, shareholder Jeffrey D. Peairs has become a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator.
An attorney with the firm since 2012, Jesse Butler is a Board Certified specialist in appellate practice. He also represents clients in legal actions focusing on legal malpractice, consumer protection, professional liability, contract and insurance disputes, and general civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Butler holds the prestigious AV PreeminentTM Rating from Martindale-Hubbell®.
Andrew Douberly, also with Dickinson & Gibbons since 2012, focuses his practice on auto and trucking litigation, premises liability, personal injury, and criminal defense. Prior to joining Dickinson & Gibbons, Mr. Douberly was an assistant State Attorney in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in Manatee County, Florida.
Jeffrey Peairs, a Board Certified civil trial lawyer and shareholder, has earned the distinction of becoming a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator. Peairs joins shareholders Gary H. Larsen and A. James Rolfes in providing the firm’s alternative dispute resolution services.
