Dickinson & Gibbons, P.A., a Sarasota-based law firm, is pleased to announce that attorneys Mark S. Tomlinson and Andrew C. Wilson have joined the firm.
Mr. Tomlinson is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on auto, trucking and premises liability cases from pre-suit through trial. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as staff counsel for a national automobile insurer and as a trial attorney for a national defense firm, specializing in first and third-party property litigation, negligence, and premises liability matters.
Mr. Wilson’s practice focuses on a broad range of commercial and consumer litigation matters in state and federal court. He has handled many cases involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Electronic Funds Transfer Act, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act, as well as various state unfair and deceptive acts and practices statutes.
